"I wouldn’t waste your time here. What we were told would take 3 days has now been over three weeks. My Dad was told to come pick up his truck it was finally ready! He gets there no truck to be found on the lot at all. And of course no one is there. This guys is never in the office tells you times and then never completes them in that time frame. And never answers the phone I do not recommend."

"My wife and i are from out of town and made an appointment the next day for 11am. We had told him our a/c went out and we needed it looked at, hence the appointment. "Not a problem, we'll see you tomorrow at 11am" is what we were told. Well, we showed up the next day at our appointment time.......and they weren't even there! We waited in the heat for 30 mins......and still no one! If you make an appointment with someone, you keep it. If you can't make it, you call the customer..... it's called being a professional. Go to Pete's Auto Care...they took care of us and treated us like family immediately. I only gave them 1-star because i wasn't able to give them 0 stars!"

"I had a very big issue that had to be fixed. They were very honest, fair, and nice to do business with. In the end, I had my head gasket repaired, motor mount replaced and timing chain replaced. I appreciated the advice to replace the timing chain while my motor was out anyway since I am getting close to time to needing to have that done. I'm thankful for them and their ecpertise. I'm finally confident in driving my car. They did a great job."

"If you want a heating or cooling problem fixed right, the first time, don't bother taking your car anywhere else. As an automotive repair facility that did not repair heating or cooling systems, I have send thousands of people to them over many many years. My customers came back, and they always said the same thing, these people were outstanding. I wouldn't hesitate to take any of my vehicles to them. I see people have complained about the prices, however they do not understand what is involved with repairing air conditioning / heating systems. Alot of newer cars have to be totally disassembled from the dash back."

"Not only did they fix my AC way cheaper than I expected (and way cheaper than merchant's quoted me) but the guy took it upon himself to fix a huge dent in the front of my fender. I didn't mention this dent, he didn't ask me about it, or try to solicit any money for the fix he was just being a good guy. Honest, good people."
