"Consistently the worst experience. Unfortunately it’s one of the few pharmacies in the area that is open late at night, otherwise it’d be absolutely worthless. The staff is impressively rude, dismissive, and blatantly bothered by their role in customer services. I’ve had numerous instances of long waits for prepackaged medications that don’t require any preparation or counts (I.e., eye drops.), yet it still takes hours upon hours for it to be filled. Perhaps worst of all, however, is the many instances of overhearing pharmacy staff speaking poorly of customers upon them leaving the counter. Absurd and absolutely disgusting behavior from licensed “professionals”. It’s clear this location needs direct oversight and proper management along with a complete overhaul of its employees so they can replace their team with skilled, ethical, and compassionate individuals. If you can, avoid this pharmacy at all costs."
"Ten minutes of wading through an awful phone prompt system, only to be incorrectly told they never received my script by the automated system. Another 40 minutes on hold, only to be answered by a lady with the empathy and customer service skills of a potted plant. I once waited three hours on hold, until the pharmacy closed, without anyone ever answering the phone. Support your local pharmacies folk, CVS doesn't care about your business. If they did, they'd pay pharmacists enough to want to work there and resolve their staffing issues."
"Poor communication skill and pharmacy technicians are very mean and rude it shows they don't care anything about the customers.\nThey refuse to help with any issues related to fixing a prescription or getting it in stock, and they are out of stock on a large number of prescriptions and frequently forget to order it for the next day fill.\nThere is a wait time of at least 15-20 minutes when calling the pharmacy waiting for them just to pick up the phone and if you ask to many questions, they tell you the conversation is over and hang up.\nSome secret shoppers would be a great opportunity for you to see how bad the customer service really is. \nOther CVS pharmacies comment on how horrible that location is as well and apologize."
"Staff here is very friendly and helpful. The pharmacy is decent. My receipts are very long because of the coupons they add on. It would be nice to opt out of such a long receipt"
"Service is terrible. 45 minute wait at Drive thru window at 7am on Sunday morning with no other customer in sight. Finally went inside to find out what the problem was. Pharmacist continued working at his desk for amother 10 minutes before taking my prescription out of a basket of completed orders and selling it to me. Pharmacist clearly needs training on how Drive in window is supposed to work and on courtesy. Walmart is a better choice."
