"The workers are super respectful and nice but everything there is overpriced. Go to Walmart for a dollar more and get it new and nice. and explain to me. How does Walmart beat Goodwill’s price? thank God for friendly workers without them. This location is just another overpriced goodwill sad to say"

"First time shopping since the store had been closed due to covid-19. Staff were friendly. The selection seem down compared to previous times. Not sure why returns are not being accepted.. especially since they're accepting donations. This seems strictly just as a revenue ploy. If the store was concerned with contaminated material they wouldn't be accepting new items as donations."

"One of the larger stores in / around Richmond. Very clean and well organized. A larger selection of toys and furniture than most in the area. Huge clothing selection. Small selection of books. Staff is friendly."
