"Had a pedicure here - recommended by my coworker. I had an appointment , and I went at 4:45- after work. It wasn't very busy, but it got progressively busier. I enjoyed my pampering. She did a wonderful job."
"I booked my appointment online through their messaging system. I booked a "supreme pedi", listed at $55, and then an acrylic set with gel, price varying depending on what you want, which is pretty standard. Upon arrival, the prices on their book were not even the same as the online menu, but I chose the option closest in price to my original selection. The supreme pedi ended up being fairly basic, once you compare it to the endless nail salons that I've played trial and error with. I wouldn't say it was worth $55, maybe $40-45, but I still paid it because it was a decent service regardless, and I understand that prices vary with inflation, etc. What made me stand up, cancel the acrylic half of my appointment, pay for the pedicure and leave however, was when they attempted to charge me a full manicure price along with my acrylic application. I have never in my life had a salon attempt to charge me extra for a service, in order to provide my original service. The cuticles and nails being cleared to lay the acrylic or gel has always been part of the job, not a completely separate service, and basically they wanted to charge me $10 just to deal with my cuticles. My last trusted salon was in Daleville, at Luxe Nails, and I believe I'll just make the drive there from this point on. Very sneaky, scammy tactics this salon makes. I'd go elsewhere."
"Such an amazing experience!! I have now found the place I will always get my nails done! And the drink delivery is an awesome bonus!!!"
"Always exceptional job! Nails always look wonderful and the atmosphere is always fun and uplifting. Look forward to my day of pampering with a pedicure and manicure."
"They do good nails but a little overpriced. They charged me $65 for a short square gel fill in. No extra manicure or anything. No design. ONE nail repair which is no more than $5 anywhere else. The place I went to last time charged me $40 for the same fill in and shape, but I had them longer and they did just as good. Not going to return. Update: it has been 4 weeks since my appt and within two weeks my gel toenails were starting to chip and fall off. That’s the shortest amount of time I’ve ever had a pedicure and the polish started chipping. Not good enough for what they charge."
