"I had an appointment January 16th at 11am. When I got there, the doors were locked so I thought maybe they were running late due to the weather. It was a snow day. My children had a hair appointment. We waited there for an hour and still nobody came. What a waste of our time when I could have been playing in the snow with my children that morning. Will never come here again. A phone call would have been decent if you guys had to cancel and reschedule. I've been here before and Maeve gave my daughters bangs that I had to fix when we came home and my little daughter was supposed to get her very first haircut. Maeve managed to cut 1 piece of her hair and then my 2 year old daughter didn't let her cut the rest. Maeve still charged me full price knowing the circumstances and that she only cut a piece of her hair. I highly suggest bringing your kids somewhere else."
