"I have come here for years and the Stylist before usually listen and do what I ask; just trim ends straight across the back. That is all I wanted, an Even cut so my curls fall naturally and still looks good if I blow dry straight. This time she did NOT follow directions and layered my hair!!! taking way more length off than she showed me when starting. I didn’t see it til I went about my day and hair dried. What a contrast. It like I’ve been thrown back to the 1980’s hairstyle!! Not happy! I am very disappointed."

"The manager of this location is very unprofessional. I booked an appointment for a haircut for my daughter and after waiting for ten mins was told they were busy and I would have to reschedule for the next day. I had left my newborn at home so I could get my daughter a cut so I asked for a discount and the manager (who could not even look me in the eye) just bluntly said no. Did not even apologize. The salon prof was great but the manager had no manners. Not the customer service you would expect in a place like this."

"Please do not go here! I promise you’ll regret it, or at the very least, do not get the short Asian lady that’s only been there for three years. I went here today to get a simple haircut wanting my hair to flow upwards like you see on tiktok. She guaranteed me it was 100% doable and at first the lady was chill and we made some small take, after we were done the lady had my hair in a completely different style then what I asked for. It took a whole hour for the nothing to be changed, she started yelling for no reason I really don’t know why because at that point I hadn’t said a word beside sayin this isn’t right and can we try something else. I was really trying to work with her but eventually she gave up and started yelling it was all my and treating me poorly. Eventually the cops were called and I had to pay. Moral of the story don’t go here please."
