"I’m not one to leave reviews on places good or bad - after having seen the great reviews the salon had I called in for an appointment and Sang Nae was able to squeeze me in. I requested a trim (2 inches) I showed her where I was thinking it would end up and she confirmed that she understood what she was doing and told me she did not need to look at a reference photo. I ended up having 6 inches cut off because she told me my hair was dry and she took care of the problem. I would definitely not go back here and she offered me $10 back for the inconvenience."
