"Terrible place to go. Went there Saturday and tge stylist was very incompetent. My hair is completely cut uneven and looks like a 2 year old cut it. She needs to go back to school and learn how to cut hair."

"My hair stylist moved, and it has taken me a while to find someone to cut my hair the way I like it. Well, I finally found her Anna at cost cutters in bedford walmart. She is amazing she listens to the way you want your hair cut and is absolutely amazing. Thanks, Anna, for being my saving grace customer for life! ❤️"

"I have gone here several times and have had a good experience. However due to my work schedule I can only go on Saturdays. I called Friday morning to make an appointment for the next day, Saturday, with Anna. To my surprise they could get me in. I arrived at 10 only to be told I had an appointment for the previous day. When I explained that I had called the previous day and my appointment was for Saturday the young lady told me I was wrong. She then turned to Anna...the supposed manager...and asked what she would like to do. Anna turned and looked at me and said, "we all heard Friday. We can't help you today" and turned her back on me! RUDE!!!!!!! If they made a mistake I would have perfectly fine with that, we all do! But I would not have made an appointment on a day I had to work, Friday twenty minutes prior to arriving. They simply made a mistake. But the way I was treated is unacceptable. I will be finding another salon...customer service should be at the top of every businesses priorities. And if that is what you are looking for, I would highly suggest you don't go here! Again...Anna could not have been more RUDE!!!!!"

"Lexi(Alexis), who does my hair was transferred from the Cost Cutters in Madison Height and of course I love her sooo much that I HAD to follow her here to the Cost Cutters in Bedford!! She’s an amazing hairstylist and is EXCELLENT with color if you want to brighten your day and hair!! She has the sweetest personality and is very patient! I highly recommend!!"

"I asked for my hair to be cut to my shoulders and it was cut to my chin. There is a difference of at least 2 inches. She also didn't thin it which resulted in me having to pay for another cut at another salon to make up for the mistakes. Additionally the stylist left me with a blister from waxing."
