"I placed an pick up order and I'm guessing instead of them collecting the order they cancelled it so they wouldn't have to do it. First they sent me a notification saying the order was going to be late. When I called to find out why the order was cancelled, first they said they don't do pick up orders and then the story changed and they said they didn't receive notification of the order. Blue ridge Avenue dollar general really must think their customers are idiots. I never had this problem with the the Dollar General on Longwood."
"The manager Tim Stanley was nice he ask me did I need help. After leaving the store I forget my wallet. I came back he was at the front and gave me my wallet. This really calm me down. Great place"
"I absolutely love this DG and this is my go to out of the two local to me! I usually like to go in the evenings but if you do go in the morning don't let the miserable disgruntled and miserable manager? Assistant manager run you off! Some people have way more going on i assume and tend to radiate their sadness/ anger."

"The new Dollar General is open now next to Food Lion so I would prefer to go to that one. They don't have beer or wine there yet but they should be getting it soon. The new store is much neater and more organized then this one. Not sure if they're going to keep this one open or if they're closing it?"
