"if you read the reviews none of the people so highly mentioned are not with Autozone any longer. Service is bottom of the bucket, no knowledge of parts, cant find things, send out the same part two or three days after you have already gotten the part. A few years a ago this was a great store, only thing that has made a difference is the District Manager. Since he has taken over the store has gone down"
"Went there for years when Joe was manager. He was very knowlegable & always helpful. So was Jason & Samson. What happened? Found part from one of your competitors and part was $50 less. I see only good reviews in the past 5 months."
