"My poor niece's hair got butchered by her mother a week before the first day of school, so we took her to the Smart Style to see if someone could salvage her hair without cutting it too short. I didn't have much hope, but Ms. April Windle totally salvaged the look, and my niece is very happy with it. 10/10 would recommend."

"Some of the workers are experienced and know what they are doing, but you also get the ones fresh out of beauty school. So, basically, you're practice for them until they get better. I will say that they have always been friendly and accommodating."

"They wouldn't help my older female roommate with her hair. She needed help to fix her hair, she was willing to pay extra. They were nice to her however I feel they are supposed to be. I do feel they disrespected her quietly without saying. She did finally find another place nearby that was willing to help her without any problem. I will never go to SmartStyle again, nor will my roommate. I strongly feel that some of the younger generation has no compression of one needing extra help. Not all of them, just some. They lost out on one gracious tip. I do apologize for leaving such a bad review! I'm just saying!"
