"My first experience and I didn't get to experience it. I had a hair appt for 12:30. I was standing in thier lobby when they called my phone to say they couldn't keep my appointment. While they did apologize, they didn't offer to reschedule. I'm pretty sure I'll not return to this place. I realize things happen, but knowing I was already there, after a 30 minute drive, they could have offered to make it right. Bad business."
