"If you have 4C natural hair… DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON. My hair is permanently damaged. I came in with a natural THICK afro and my hair now looks like it’s been partially relaxed. The heat is way too high. My hair is so uneven and has a mixture of textures. Please go elsewhere!!!!!"

"I am extremely UPSET. I DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR NATURAL HAIR AT ALL. I should have looked at the reviews but I didn't sadly. I came to this salon last Friday and I received heat damage on the left side of my hair and other parts . I Washed my hair Tuesday. I have 4a hair MY side burns + the perimeter of my head is HEAT DAMAGED. I went to get a refund today and kept going and TELLING me it would go back in 2-3 weeks , I continue to show her that the difference between the part where my curls are in tact and the left part of my hair which is bone straight . I saw that the roots of the left part of my head wasn't turning back curly like the right side of my head was turning. she purposely put more heat on my roots. I got a 40$ refund when I was supposed to get a 60$ the blowout was 60."

"TERRIBLE- If you have thick 4C hair do not go. The heat is way to high- she did not detangle my hair- she did not part my hair to blow dry it- she literally went right in and starting blowdrying my hair- my thick hair and curl pattern is gone- my hair is shedding so much. she does not know how to do different hair textures. will never return!!"

"I asked for rollers, she said ok and I never received a roller set. My hair was blow dried without using an attachment for the heat and it burned so bad even when the tools were off of my head it was was very hot. My blowout didn’t stay and now I have to get my hair done all over again! It hasn’t been even been 24 hours I paid $85 for nothing."
