"My stylist is amazing, no complaints there but the hours are ridiculous. Pre pandemic I had no problem getting a haircut at 7 or 8pm after work but closing at 5 and 6 o'clock, I'm sure the store and the employees are losing money. I'm aware most people don't want to work these days but some of us still need to work and enjoy it so I recommend making it optional for those who don't mind working until 7 or 8pm."

"Everyone was pretty nice but this was two different stylists. This is a bit ridiculous for two different people to have done this bad. First one was supposed to be dead ends trimmed off and bangs fixed from a self cut and the other was dead ends trimmed off and thinned out. No length was supposed to even be taken off on the second one. This was not worth $20 a piece plus tip!"
