"DO NOT GO IF YOU ARE NATURAL. They are putting a chemical in the shampoo/conditioner. I went in for a wash, blow dry, and ends cut. Following my appointment, I noticed a smell in my hair, my hair itched and flaked constantly. After a week post my appointment, I wash my hair and noticed my natural hair texture has changed, hair was falling out in large clumps, and the smell still lingered. I believe they are putting a texturizer/relaxer in the shampoo or conditioner. This has resulted in me having to cut off all of my hair. Please avoid this shop if you are natural or prefer to have healthy hair!"

That was a first for me , after I politely let her know she stopped."
