"literally the nasties experience i ever had !! walked in, asked for a pedicure , someone sat me down pretty quickly. i asked her could i soak for 5-7 mins bc it had been a while since i had a pedicure. another lady told me no 20 mins max for a pedicure for $25 i told her i didn’t want the basic pedicure i wanted the deluxe. she said it doesn’t matter 20 mins in and out for a pedicure. rude rude rude. i can’t believe it honestly. it’s one thing to have a bad paint job but their hearts and attitudes are ugly ! would never come here again. 0 stars if i could!"

"I wish that I could give less than a one star. Aside from quality of nails, everyone knows customer service at a nail salon is very important! The quality was not great, and the customer service was even worse. There are no prices listed and it was clear that the technician was making up her own prices. I am not sure if it’s because she’d think I was going to tip, but $35 for a gel polish change is insane. I switch to regular polish and while I was waiting for my toes to dry, she was pressuring me to pay right now, and instead of once my toes were dry. There was no policy requiring this, and it made me very uncomfortable that she was requiring that I pay right then when she wasn’t doing that for anybody else drying their nails. Can’t believe that I would rather paint my own toes, then go to the salon again, but it’s true. Please take your business elsewhere!"

"Girl that took me didn't finish me. Guess she had an appt and so my pedicure was awful and short. Then next thing I know some man is.doing my nails. Never said 1 word about switch and man did not even acknowledge me. Never asked what shape etc. Do not bother unless ur a regular. They got better service. Wasted $85"

"By far the best nail experience I’ve had! I love everything about my set, but most of all love the care and patience Cathy had. I highly recommend this wonderful shop. It was well worth the drive!"
