I have recommended many friends to her, especially my friends who were terrified of getting waxed. Not only is Hannah very LGBTQ+ friendly she simply makes everyone feel comfortable. I love her, all of my friends love her everyone loves her. Many of my friends have also grown attached to Hannah and simply wont even try to get waxed anywhere else besides with her. Theres a reason I've only gone to her all these years (literally 6 years absolutely insane). She is a.m.a.z.i.n.g. She efficient, attentive to detail, sweet and just an all around amazing waxer, person and friend! You won't experience anything negative with Hannah she is just simply the best waxer in RVA and probably the best waxer ever!! "

"I’ve been getting my services from this studio for a little under a year now. I usually scheduled my waxes with Amy and she was the best! Amy no longer works there so i’ve been booking with hannah. I was okay with Hannah until I showed up 10 minutes late to my appointment due to highway traffic. I walked in and she was slouching at the front counter with an irritated frown on her face and her hand on her hip. the remainder of the appointment was awkward and uncomfortable. when I went to pay she informs me that last week she stopped taking cashapp/ paypal and only took zelle/ cash payments. I explain how I didn’t know of her new policy and i’d pay with zelle. she then charged me a fee and gave me yet ANOTHER attitude . I don’t recommend this studio because the person holding it together left and Hannah’s attitude is very unprofessional."
