My first visit she matched my color perfectly, with no line or any of the usual evidence that one has switched their stylist. My second visit I brought my 20 year old daughter in for a cut, she wanted a modified "wolf" cut, and Syd gave her the cutest cut; it was perfect and my daughter is so happy with it. The bangs are adorable and it has tons of body at the top like my daughter wanted. So happy to have found a great stylist in Richmond!"

"A bit disappointed by my recent visit which saddened me, as I have always had good experiences at the Patterson location. I came in asking for full bangs but got wispy curtain-y bangs which are beautiful, but not what I asked for or showed a picture of. I also came in with my natural wavy/curly hair, but there was never a conversation with my stylist about if i wanted to keep my original texture for the final look. Instead my hair was blown out, with all the texture and volume gone. It just felt like what wanted from my appointment wasn’t achieved or necessarily understood. On the plus side, the salon itself is lovely and the staff/stylists are very friendly."
