"I have had eye brows, underarms and Brazilians many times in the past and I can say Jess made what is not typically an unpleasant treatment very enjoyable. Her bed was very comfortable, she put on relaxing music, and she was so personable it felt like I was chatting with an old friend and it was my first visit. She explained to me the wax that she uses is the very best and that she did a lot of research to find the right one. This is so important to me as I have sensitive skin. I really appreciated her going the extra mile and her letting me add underarms and eyebrows to my appointment."
