"I had a few haircuts in this place, and they were great and fairly priced. I booked an appointment to do my hair for the holiday season way beforehand because this season is so busy. However, the stylist didn’t show up and I ended up waiting and freezing in at the door for 20 min. We rescheduled to the next day, but they cancelled 1.5 hours before the appointment. Everywhere else is booked by now, and it looks like I’m not getting a haircut at all. Next time despite the convenience, I’m going elsewhere where I can be sure to have my appointment."
