"Left Mango at Westhampton with dye all over my hairline. Not a very good way to go back to work. Even the front desk person let me walk out like this and never said a word. Haircut was marginal at best. When I bought this to their attention via text, I was told to come back to the salon so they could remove it or a receive a complementary blowout. I'm not letting them touch me again. I asked for a refund, and they refused, complete waste of $95. Very disappointment, do not recommend. Try and be nice and not demanding, leave a good tip, etc. and this is how you are treated."

"They do not communicate pricing to you when scheduling. The first time I was here, my hair was turned orange by their “fresh talent” stylist. I came back today to get a fresh color because it had been four months, I explained what happened last time and they gave me someone more experienced. They neglected to tell me it was going to be nearly $300 for a partial highlight. I was also not informed that getting a blow dry was not included. It also took them four hours to do a job that my normal hair person can do in two hours (which includes a color, cut and blow dry for 1/2 the price). Overall, my hair color itself turned out great but I would not have scheduled this if I had known about the price or that it would have taken four hours."
