"Called just to see if they had any same day appointments for a straight cut. No wash, no style, no blow-dry, no color. Just a cut. I was put on mute for 5 min to see if a "junior associate" would be able to do it. Then put on hold, then asked for my name a number and said they would call me back. An hour later I called back - no answer. Called again asking if they would be able to get me in, if not- that's ok I can find somewhere else. I was asked to wait on the phone. I was then privy to some interesting conversations being had between stylists and clients as they didn't even mute me. After listening to someone's family drama for 7 min, I simply hung up. They never called me back. Was planning on spending over $100 before tip to just cut my hair, but now I'll be sure to inform anyone and everyone of the lack of customer service and the high level of unprofessionalism in this shop."

"I called on 12/2/23 and left a voice mail. I expected to be called to schedule an appointment. Being new to the area I saw this shop and thought it was convenient. Being in customer service. This made me make the decision to find somewhere else that wants my business. Talking to neighbors found that it isn’t what I would expect. Don’t feel that the service is worth my money or time."

Rarely do I get a straightforward answer, let alone an opinion before I have to ask. I love this woman! Trust me...I doubt you'll be disappointed! And what I paid is far less than what I paid in the west end and got a better cut. Linda is a Redskin Purerology instructor who travels throughout the country. If she isn't available to care for you, she will refer you to a stylist in her salon that she feels is best to satisfy your requirements."

I was so impressed with how the staff had cleaned the salon, spaced and even made new stations for their staff more than 6 feet apart, sanitizer readily available and much more at the front desk, call from your car to check in, cleaning between clients, and mandatory masks for both staff and clients. You can tell that they love what they do and value the safety of both their staff and clients. Besides the amazing care to our safety, my cut and color turned out beautiful and highly recommend them!"
