"I was nervous to go to a salon for the first time but this experience was straight forward and simple, I just sat down and immediately someone goes to work on my nails. I unfortunately didn’t catch his name but would look forward to getting my nails done by the same tech next time due to the detail and care that went into my set. The set was a square shape and was super crisp and perfect, I just rounded out the edges at home with my nail file because I poke my myself too easily with the edges of square nails lol. I got color 602 “elegant pink”."

"I’m only giving 3 stars because the guy who did my daughters nails was absolutely amazing. However unfortunately I didn’t have the same experience and my fill took 2 hours because the guy who did mine had no idea what he was doing, he was shaking the entire time, people were constantly looking over his shoulder, when I went to wash my hands they asked to see my nails, I was super excited to try this place because I normally just drive 2 hours to get them done in NC and tbh I’ll probably just stick to doing that. I have never wanted to get out of a nail salon so fast in my life so walking out feeling very upset about the whole situation and something that was supposed to be relaxing and fun for me and my daughter turned into me feel anxious the whole time, I’m the type of person where I don’t want to disappoint someone with me saying oh I don’t like it so I would rather just pay leave and find a solution myself but when I got to my car and showed my husband and told him my whole experience nearly crying because I was just so overwhelmed with anxiety he went in to get our money back. I fully understand that people need to practice to learn but I don’t agree with it being with paying clients I was charged $65 (also refunded) for nails that look terrible, also in so much pain and nail glue all over my hands. I can’t help but feel everyone there knew how bad the situation was and absolutely no one stepped in to help fix it before it got that bad. I will not be returning"

"Amazing experience me and my Daughter went for the first time last Friday and we had an amazing pedicure!! Top tier we also got a full set done, which they done an Amazing job on it was a busy day but they were attentive and accomadating for us being that we walked in I forgot to get the ladies names that did our pedicures but it was nothing but Amazing! I did grab the names of the gentlemen that did our full set's Andrew and Henry great job we will definitely be coming back ."

"Bamboo is the best place ever! Absolutely extraordinary service, EVERY time! The salon is Absolutely gorgeous, calm peaceful atmosphere. It doesn't matter who services you. You will feel like a Queen or King for a day. Once you are spoiled at Bamboo you will never go anywhere else. Enjoy!!!"

"I’m very rough on my nails with my job and I haven’t had time to make it to my normal salon. So I stopped in bamboo on a whim and Andrew was amazing! I always go for the cat eye gel polish, and the price was right too! Definitely making this my new go to spot! Thank you again Andrew!"
