"Deeply regret trying this place. $40 for the worst french gel I've ever gotten. She permanently scratched my thumbnail, which is now trapped under gel. No clean lines for the tips, and most of them are crooked, or have white residue elsewhere on the nail that is now baked on. My jaw dropped when she tried to charge my card without even mentioning the total. I've been picking excess gel off my fingers for almost 5 mins now and still finding more"

The lady was not only inconsiderate with the way she was handling my hands and arms but she didn’t make me aware there was an up charge for the shape I requested when she asked me what shape I wanted. She also had an attitude when I asked what the additional charge was for when she rung me up. So much so she threw the pen at me when it was time to sign. I always tip but she saved me extra coins that day. *If you are going to charge additional for shaping make sure your all your techs are capable of accurately shaping. The shaping was off and not all the nails are shaped the same. Probably would have been a better experience if I had a different tech."
