"Was told about this place by one of my supervisors… I barely straighten my hair and was nervous but still went ahead and go it done. Started off with a wash and conditioner the after finish was nice. I just washed my hair last night and my hair looks like it’s been PERMED!!! I’m fully natural it took no time to wash my hair and my hair blew out so straight!!! DO NOT GO HERE IF YOURE A NATURAL GIRL. They are ruining our hair !!! Just lazy to sneak in a perm to make your job easier smh. NEVER AGAIN"

"I am rating my experience as two stars but not the business as a whole. I’ve been going here for years and usually I have no problems. My last visit however was horrible. I had my hair washed and conditioned, and I was left under the drier for too long which caused my hair to become VERY tangled and knotty. I have never had this experience of my hair becoming so tangled after a wash when I come here or even if I do it myself. The stylist Maria didn’t comb my hair while the conditioner was in it before putting me under the dryer so I don’t know if that had something to do with it. After the dryer cut off, I was still sitting. I’m sure I sat under the dryer for an hour or more. When she began doing my blowout, the entire experience was painful since my hair was so tangled. My hair was pulled and tugged to get the brush to run through it and I’m sure I lost a bit of hair in the process. If you go to this salon I recommend you learn which stylists are good for your hair. I do know that Lola is very good and the others who are on her row."

"My hair is permanently heat damaged & I now have months of growth out of the window. I asked for a roller set but my stylist washed & blow dried me without using heat protection until the flat ironing stage. The stylist then used the flat iron on 450, the temp at which hair BURNS. My hair & scalp burned while styling & now my hair is completely lifeless and I totally regret coming here. If you are a natural who loves your curls & growth stay away from this place. Just look at the photos. I now have to big chop at least 6 inches off of my hair & pray my curls return !"
