"I would not recommend going to Kasi Wax for a number of reasons. 1. Ditzy staff. The location moved from where it’s shown on Google maps. When I called the directions they gave me to get there was terrible. If you do go, just go down the corridor next to Peloton. 2. One I checked in I was taken to a room. Then I got a call from Kasi Wax saying that they wanted to push my appointment back 30 minutes because someone booked online. But I’m already in the room. It was the same girl who just checked me in who called. She told me later she was trying to call someone else. 3. The waxer was really forcing conversation about the weather and what I do when she needed to focus on waxing. I get waxed every month and this was the most painful wax I’ve experienced in awhile. I felt like I was burning afterward. 4. The waxing table was like really cushy where you sink in. I didn’t like it. 5. The setup has like three fake walls that don’t go up to the ceiling. You can hear everything and there was a vent where I could hear chatter from another store. The pros: 1. They have snacks when you check in 2. Location at Tysons mall 3. Wipes and essentials in the room"
