"After starting with progressive to get a lower rate We have had it go up like crazy every year Our son’s fiancé moved in with us who already had her own car and insurance. We were told her name had to be on the policy but we would have no charge. Now since they are married and have moved out we are removing them from the policy come to find out we’ve been charged $45 a month for her. Plus we didn’t have to show any proof our 25 year old son lived with us but now we have show all kinds of proof he doesn’t live here and the lady hung up on my husband Great customer service NOT!!!"

We had a claim filed and got stuck paying 3/4 of that claim cost out of pocket to the contractor because progressive refused to cover the cost for the event in full for qualifying repairs. Don’t use this company they just want your money and they will do everything in their power to not pay your claim"
