"Recently I took out an Allstate Insurance policy for my homes and cars. Unfortunately because I had home claims that exceeded Allstate's limits I was unable to get homeowners insurance and the policy was canceled. To get homeowners insurance with another company I had to bundle my cars and don't need Allstate's insurance any longer. I have tried repeatedly to have this agent cancel the auto insurance policy with no response or action. 3 emails, a regular USPS sent letter and NO ONE RESPONDS or acts on my cancelation request. I am not at all happy with this agency or how inattentive they are. Now I have to go through Allstate corporate to get my policy canceled. This is more than frustrating."
