Erie Insurance

"The receptionist ( or whoever answers the phone) was extremely rude to me on the phone. Not only once but twice when I have called to try to get a quote. I also waited 2 days on a call back and noone ever left me a message or anything when they stated they did call!! I had missed 1 callback apparently ! My 1st instinct was that I didn't want to do business with them over this rudeness as well!! .... Not what I expected trying to get a quote. Oh well. I had questions but I got ran off the phone quickly because it was 2:45!! .... It could be been handled better!!"

"Yeah the insurance is fine. The people however are not. They NEVER do what they say. So if you need your insurance papers sent to someone important, say like a dealership. Make sure you physically see them send it or they won't. If you need to delay your payment make sure you get the name of the person you spoke and the date and time, cause chances are that won't happen either. Than they tell YOU that you never spoke to them. But if you don't care about customer care/service they are fine."
