"Beyond terrible customer service. Very disappointed as I have been a customer of Rack Room Shoes for many many years. In fact I had driven almost 40 miles from the Elizabeth City store to this location to buy a pair of shoes because they didn't have the size I needed at E city store. Only to be met by 2 of the most unprofessional and uninterested employees at this store. I would put their names on here but neither one had on a name badge and the person who said she was the manager gave me 2 different names. I am hoping that this store manager cares more than these 2 employees do about the way customers are treated."
