"When I first started with Allstate Insurance I was paying a decent rate and was satisfied. The agent was really nice and always reached out to make sure all was good. After the first year, my rates started to increase for no reason whatsoever. My agent retired and now I have a new agent and my rates have tripled. I found a cheaper local insurance company and cancelled my insurance with Allstate. I asked for a refund for the last month of the policy since I am not using them and they told me they don't give refunds. Umm excuse me, that is my money that I paid you for a sky rocket insurance company. So now we are in a back and forth battle to get my money refunded. Absolutely ridiculous excuse for a company. DO NOT GET INSURANCE THROUGH ALLSTATE. Oh, and the $100 discount for being a good driver, never seen it in almost five year."
