"I moved from out of state and researched my new dentist options and found the perfect practice for me. All the staff is wonderful and Dr. Miller is a gem! Very knowledgeable and professional but also a wonderful person!"
"Leslie is a VERY rude administrative personnel! If I had the option to leave zero stars I would! Refused to call insurance company to verify coverage even though they were in network. Turned patient away when he showed up for the appointment that was made months in advance. Offered zero assistance to help clarify the misunderstanding for billing and network participation. Even hung up on me when I was on the other phone with the insurance company trying to verify coverage and participation, which I did. I was not rude, I never raised my voice, I remained calm and polite while trying to advocate for my employee but she simply didn't want to hear it, didn't want to help and didn't care about the patient at all! I would not recommend going here because even if the dentist is great why would anyone want to be treated so poorly by the people who greet you first? Carol Creek may want to reconsider who they put in place to make that first impression for their office."
"Dr. Miller done an excellent job. She pulled a tooth of mine and there wasn't any pain during or after and I have a very low pain tolerance. I was very happy with her work and will continue to go back."
"Initially I was pleased with Dr, Miller and her staff but that soon changed. Dr. Miller doesn't manage her time and appointments and often hygienists and dental assistants were left waiting for her. One time my numbing shot wore off while waiting over half an hour for Dr. Miller to come in. Often while waiting i would hear her socializing with other patients on non dental matters. Dr. Miller would also talk about things that were unprofessional while doing my dental work. She once complained at length to the dental hygienist about how the type of tuna fish she was eating in the lunch room. In November 2022 while doing my dental work of prepping for a crown she was discussing time off with a dental assistant and said that the "numbers" were down from the previous year so she wanted to take advantage of end-of-year patients using up the lasts of their insurance deductible. When I went back to have the permanent crown put on when Dr. Miller went to put it on she said to the dental assistant that it was completely wrong and didn't she notice that when she made the mold? She then stopped talking and proceeded to make it fit. She drilled on the permanent crown repeatedly and when that didn't work she started drilling down a bunch of my other teeth to try to get my bite right. She finally just stopped. She knew the crown was wrong and put it on anyway knowing it would not fit. Then I discovered through my insurance company when i called to find out why the claim for that crown had been denied that i was told that there was no decay in or around the tooth that would warrant a crown. When I asked Dr. Millers office about it they said the tooth was full of decay, but the insurance company said the scans that were submitted to them did not show that. So that meant that Dr. Miller had put a crown on a tooth that didn't need it. I canceled all future appointments. My bite has never been the same because the crown has thrown everything out off. I have had constant pain when chewing and sometimes when talking ever since. I would not reccccomend Dr, Miller."
"Love each and every experience here. The staff is wonderful, very attentive, caring, and knowledgeable. Dr. Miller is a true credit to her profession. We are very lucky to have someone of her caliber and expertise in this area."
