"I know lots of people like Papa John's Pizza and personally I just do not like the way Papa John's Pizza taste I'm sure lots of people out there do and that's fine but personally I just don't like the thick pizzas that they make I don't like the cheeses that they use and I just don't like to talk I hate to cut anybody down anybody that loves it that's great that's fantastic there's a million people out there that love it that's fantastic but somebody brought one to my house and gave it to me and I wasn't happy with the way it tasted that's just my opinion I'm sorry if it upsets people but that's all I can say about it"

"Ordered a pizza for delivery several hours before the delivery time, which was set for 5:30pm. By 6 I hadn’t gotten anything or any updates, so I tried calling—every time I tried to call, it would ring and then disconnect. The pizza never came and I could never get through to the store. Just hoping I can get my money back at this point."

"ordered from here quite a few times since it's a 3 minute WALK from my house, never had any issues. except recently. the website hasn't been letting me enter a delivery address and only gives me carry out options. i usually just ignored this and ordered delivery from pizza hut because i'm a teenage girl and am not gonna walk out there at 10pm. well pizza hut is closed and my mom wanted pizza so i asked her boyfriend if he could pick it up.we place the order and wait a while, he goes to pick it up, and they tell him that they never received an order from us when both me and my mom got a confirmation email. of course we got pissed but decided to drop it and order one there. my mom and i just got a text message saying that our order is out for delivery but how is that possible when we never put a delivery address? just wasted an hour of my time and i still don't know if i'll be getting that pizza or not. horrible."

"This is completely Garden mess! not Garden fresh!!! Then I called the store they telling me that's not the store I order from when that's the last number on my color ID the only store I call that's near The job site that's delivering until 1 AM!! Because I don't know what I'm talking about!! The only number of called to deliver food and they deliver me a mess and never went by the deliver instructions!!! Never in my life again they will always be at the bottom of my list!!"

"This is our second time ordering since moving to this area. This store is the one that pops up for delivery to our house. The first time we ordered it looked like this photo, with all the toppings piled up in the middle. We thought that was why our pizza was completely RAW, even through the majority of the crust. Tonight, ingredients were piled in the middle our stuffed crust pizza, again. Tonight's pizza seemed to still be undercooked in a weird way. The bottom crust ( center where the toppings are) was less than 1/16" thick....thin. When we picked up a piece it flopped down like wet noodle, everything fell right off. The bottom looks browned, however, its not cooked. Honestly, I am new to ordering at this store and after a second chance a month or so apart it will be my last time. It's not 11 pm and we are still hungry. The girl who answered refunded it but wasn't kind, seemed more annoyed that I wasted her time and didn't even say bye when hanging up. It seems like they don't care with the simplest of tasks; making sure the crust isn't paper thin, spreading out the toppings (NO ONE WANTS EVERYTHING PILED IN THE MIDDLE), saying their name and "How can I help you?", showing any kind of care, or even saying goodbye. Papa John's is usually one of my favorite places to order quick pizza delivery, but I would steer clear of this store unless you see recent positive reviews. Raw pizza isn't cool, regardless of a refund, we just want to eat. Hopefully, these 2 times are a fluke, but we won't be giving it a third try."
