"I have visited the Nike outlet store on many occasions but this particular time has me not wanting to visit this location again. I went to return an online order. I notified Steve, the cashier the card I purchased the item with was no longer valid. I had to cancel the card due to fraudulent charges. He understood and asked his manager Josh for assistance. Josh didn't even listen to my concerns or the complete story from Steve before pressing some button on the cash register. He asked me to insert the card I would like the money to be refunded to. He later hands me a receipt stating the money is going to go back to the card I purchased the item with. I begin to get frustrated because Steve and I both tried to explain the situation to him. He then realized he made a mistake and did not know how to fix it. No apology was given instead he gave me some reference number and told me I would receive an email and to call customer service to have them refund it back to my card of choice. I called customer service and the rep Jasmine literally has no idea what I am referring to and says she is unable to do what Josh told me. Thankfully, she did apologize about the misinformation that was given to me. I would have tried to find something to evenly exchange it with if my request was not possible."

Plenty of associates eager to help you find what you was looking for. I really liked the deep discounted sales rack in the back. They had tee shirts as low as $1.99. The selection of shoes were amazing."
