"Stopped by today to purchase a $100 gift card. I went directly to the register and stood a few feet behind a group of three young men. There was a worker behind the register and he didn’t appear to be doing anything of significance, just looking all around the store. He looked at me but didn’t acknowledge me. A few minutes later, the three young moved to the right (they were socializing with the worker and not making a purchase) around the time a woman walks up from the left, looks at me and moves directly in front of the register where the worker greets her and takes her things. I turn around and leave."
"My daughter purchased shoes last night and was not given a receipt they were way too big. We tried them on at our hotel and immediately brought them back the next day.. The manager was very rude and refused to exchange them or give us a refund. Also accused of them as being work which was not the case."
