"Robert WILL rob you!!!!!! Con artist, Robert will sell you a null warranty that cost more than the replacement parts cost! Will inquire about your oil changes, tires, and get loud in front of his staff with his thong flip flops on with intentions to distract you from what he is hiding. Won’t provide invoice for services rendered when asked. Rude loud and very suspect when being questioned…. Very shiesty business I strongly recommend you do not let him work on your vehicle!! Robert WILL rob you!!!!"
"So I am having transmission problems and the garage I had taken it to wanted to replace the entire transmission because they told M3 they don't do transmission and suggest Lynchburg Transmission. I called there and made an appointment after explaining the situation and hoping that they would not have to change out the entire transmission and then went through the trouble of having it towed there thinking they would actually try and fix my transmission without having to change out the entire transmission or at least tell M3 what the actual problem was but instead they basically said the exact same thing the garage that didn't do transmission at all for 200$ more and when I asked them what was wrong with it they told M3 it was making some horrible sounds like I didn't already know that before I went through the trouble of having it towed 20 something miles there from Bedford. So I am pretty sure that they didn't even look at it and as soon as they started it up and tried to but it in gear and heard the grinding sound they decided that I needed to replace the entire transmission. I am not sure how I am even supposed to get my car from there considering I have put my faith in the wrong place and now will probably have to have it scrapped or sell it for next to nothing just to get it out of there before I start getting charged for that but i will be sure to get back to everyone on that. All I know is I should have left with the first garage at least that was near my home. Talk about kicking somebody when there down. Can't wait to see how much there gonna charge M3 for there diagnosis considering I already knew what noises the car was making and was why I was there to being with and I guess will never know what was actually wrong with the transmission in the first place ?"
"Brought my 2010 Ford Taurus that had some rough shifting since when I bought it used a couple months prior. They quickly diagnosed the transmission, got it fixed at a reasonable price, and everything is running smoothly now. Will definitely bring any other transmission issues I have here! Another plus is that they were prompt and clear communicators which is always helpful when making the decision to spend money on car maintenance."
"I had my regular mechanic check a strange rattling type sound coming from my truck. He told me it was the transmission and that I should bring it to a transmission shop for further diagnosis. I brought it here and Rob not only drove my truck and diagnosed my problem as an exhaust leak but actually fixed it and would not accept any payment from me! My "former" regular mechanic installed the exhaust system on my truck. It is a genuine pleasure to experience folks like Rob and the folks there who display honesty and integrity."
"I had my 1964 Pontiac Catalina's transmission swapped to a turbo 400. The man who worked on my car, Rob (I think he is the owner) was very easy to work with and he catered to my every requirement and was very careful and considerate of my vehicle. I highly recommend this shop to anyone with transmission troubles. The only negative aspect of my experience was the amount of time it took until I got my car back. My car sat on their lot for a solid two weeks, and the actual transmission swap took about a week and a half. Now I understand that there were daily drivers that needed to be worked on before my car, however I still think that a month is too long. They made up for it with the price and the quality of the work. Still highly recommend this shop."
