"Waited over 2 hours past my appointment time for them to take my car back for state inspection. 30 min later, and I’m still waiting. Why make an appointment if it won’t even be close. Customer waiting area is dirty and very minimal. Will never come here again. Addendum: Three hours late, multiple customers are upset about long wait times. Staff is very dismissive. However, several people showed up well after my appointment time, we’re taken back and sent on their way quickly ahead of me. One car showed up over an hour after me. Keep this in mind when a dealership tries to entice you to buy from them because you will get “free state inspections, for the life of the vehicle.” I would have gladly paid anybody else the price of a state inspection to have the last three hours of my life back!"

"My Kia broke down late at night 3 hours away from my home. It was towed here to Kia Flow. This happened a year ago, and Kia Flow allowed me to keep my car parked on their back lot for an entire year free of charge! I was honestly shocked they let me do that until I figured out what I was going to do with it (it needed a new engine). When I say the staff there were so incredibly friendly and professional every time I called and went up there, I mean it! The ladies at the service desk were always so helpful and kind. I finally sold it to an outside company who came to tow it from their lot. After getting the car up on his truck he locked himself out! A guy named Smurf came down in an instant and helped him get back in his vehicle so he could go on his way. My entire experience has been nothing but amazing! I recommend this dealership even though I haven’t bought anything from them."
