"This is the only Pediatrics associates location that has given me the best service overall. The staff and medical personnel are professional, Friendly, and don’t treat me and my family like we’re just another folder with charts in it. I have a lot of gratitude for that type of service in a doctors office, because in my experience, it’s very rare. My only request/point of constructiveness would be that they open Earlier in the morning. My dry cleaners open earlier than my pediatricians… I realize the hours of the main office in Charlottesville are more extensive than the other locations and there might be a reason for that, but I wanted to put this out there.
