"I trust Perfection with all of my vehicles and have recommended them to family and friends, who have also been happy with their performance. They are honest and stand behind their work. In June 2016 I had them check and service my 14-year-old Excursion (which they have serviced for the last eight years) for a trip from Virginia to the Rocky Mountains and desert southwest, and proceeded to tow a 9,000 lb. travel trailer 7,000 miles without a single problem. I highly recommend them without hesitation. Update for 2023: I still own the 03 Excursion and credit Perfection with keeping it in good working order. Over 240,000 miles and it pulled our travel trailer to Nova Scotia without issue in July 2023. I continue to recommend them to friends and family."
"Very disappointing. They were recommended to us from our usual mechanic. Had our car for 4+ days for an A/C fix. Told us car was ready but problem wasn’t fixed when we got there and had to leave it another day. Just did not seem competent in what they were doing and came across dishonest. We were very unhappy. I’d stay far, far away."
