"This Menineke in particular is one of the best ones I've ever been to. Not only are their inspections worth it, it basically cover everything. With provided videos and pictures of any current or future issues that might arise. Plus the best deals out there you simply can't go wrong. Plus with the staff being so down to earth and patient, answering any and all questions you maybe curious about. You can tell every member is truly passionate about cars. I would recommend these guys to anyone in need of a good local mechanic."

"Customer service was great! I asked every question in detail on cost. When I got there prices started changing big time. All I was getting was an oil change. I had a coupon for 20.00 off. The oil change was 70.00. I asked in detail to make sure that it wouldn’t be anymore than that. To at least be prepared. Was told no. Before I knew it. The filter was more and added gallons of oil. 131.00 later. Again you can ask all the right questions and still get lied to. Better off going to the dealership. At least all of that is included and you know exactly what you’re spending. Could cost more but at least you know."

"Went in for oil change, state inspection, check engine light, and check tire light. After investigating check engine light the following were found to have wear and tear on: sparkplugs (4), ignition coil, and purge valve. ($700 parts) They also provide various fluid refills/flushes as recommended. ($150 parts) Charged $2,600... with $1,750 in labor. For the 3.5hrs that is comes to $500 per hour. Either I found the world's best mechanic or I got ripped off. Seeing as my check tire light wasn't even fixed... *Just to be clear, I don't blame the mechanic. He seemed like a nice dude and competent enough. The work and parts were of reasonable quality. But for the price I can't recommend Meineke."

"First time customer and was truly amazed at the level of service I was provided. Every detail and explanation was provided electronically, as well as, all questions answered verbally. Jerry and Justin are professionals in their field. Trust in mechanics isn't easy to find these days, but I left their shop feeling confident that my vehicle was and WILL BE in good hands! "Not sure why there could be reviews other than 5 stars but I’ve always had great experience with Meineke on Indian River Road a couple of years back then as second opinion they recommended that I wouldn’t need brake rotors replaced and just come back after 6 months to a year. That was commendable since there are places where they just want to charge you an arm and a leg for a service not yet needed. Fast forward to today - I trust their assessment so am back at Meineke to confirm what the car dealer told me my car needed : new front brakes and rotors; and new right rear tire. When I dropped by they quickly gave me a later appointment, same day - that’s great service! The waiting area has keurig k-kups for people to enjoy while waiting, TV with current News streaming is on for you to keep entertained while waiting. They even have fall decor to get that autumn spirit Going. Their estimates are reasonable. Their staff is friendly."
