"You charge your patient $75 for cancelation day off, Who's running your account Biden, You could made more money off of me in a long run than the shortrun, good luck Finding new patients"
"Dr M did a bad cavity filling on me which resulted in a cracked tooth. When I came back in after the filling with tooth pain, he told me it probably cracked because the filling wasn’t filed down enough, causing an uneven bite. This resulted in all the pressure going on that tooth when I chewed. Meanwhile HE is the one who did it!!! And never offered to help cover the cost of fixing his mistake. 600 dollars and a root canal later…never going to this sham of a dentist again."
"Had two root canals and two crowns put in. The root canal procedure itself was not the most comfortable experience, simply because it was a little hard to breathe with the throat guard they put in to keep you from inhaling tooth shards while they work. But it was completely painless, and actually kind of cool. I could feel the drill’s “brush strokes” if you will, and it was low-key fascinating because I’d watched a bunch of root canal procedure videos on YouTube, and as I was now having it done on my own teeth, I found myself noticing when they’re doing this bit or that bit. The anesthesia did start wearing off towards the end, but I find it does that for me anyway. And I alerted the doctor and he immediately put more anesthesia in, no issue. I’m sure I was a huge pain to everyone lol, because between the different steps, I kept asking questions and being like “Oh that’s a neat tool, makes sense that you’d use that, what’s that stuff? Is that the thing for the next part? What’s that made of?” But everyone was so nice. They answered all my questions and were just overall very professional. The nurse who put my temporary crowns in was great. Very focused but still patient. The temporary crowns did give me a bit of trouble. They were pretty uncomfortable, and one corner cracked off partially, and I had some pain and gum irritation as a result. My bite was a little wonky, too. But to be fair, it’s harder to tell if a temporary crown fits well when you’re all numbed up. I started googling if that was normal, and I’m sure it was, but I still didn’t feel too great. Though with three weeks till the appointment to get the permanent crowns in, and some out-of-state traveling to do in between, I wasn’t sure if the crowns (or I) would make it. I gave it three days, and then made another appointment just to check on things, and not only did they get me slotted in first thing the next morning, but they had my permanent crowns all ready to go! Nurse Shelly (sp?) put them in for me, and omg she was so nice. Really patient and gentle, and she really made sure that the new crowns fit perfectly. 10/10 would recommend. And me being an absolute weirdo, I asked if I could keep the temporary crowns as a little keepsake, and not only did she say I could, but she also gave me the 3D printed model of my teeth that the permanent crowns arrived on. So now I’ve got the coolest little trinket - a model of my own teeth, with the crowns that used to be on them. Tell me that’s not sick as hell!!! I included a picture of it. I cannot stress enough how much better my mouth feels. My wallet hurts a fair bit; my total came to a little over $2800 for everything, even with Aetna’s dental discount program, but without that, I’d be looking at $2300 *per tooth*. Ouch. But overall, I had a great experience, and I’ll go back for more if I need dental work in the future. I am taking off one star tho, but only because the temporary crowns did cause problems and the original timeline would’ve been unbearable. I’d already waited a couple months to even get the root canal, and three weeks with cracked off bits of cement lodged in my gums would’ve been awful. Especially considering that the permanent crowns ended up being ready in three days. Idk man. That said tho, actually, the people working the front desk are always so nice. Shout out to them! :D (toothy smile bc my teeth feel better now)"
"DO NOT GO HERE. This is a backyard dentist office with uneducated "professionals" PLEASE listen to these bad reviews and save yourself. I went here because my cousin recommended it. She now has a failed root canal from them! I knew from the moment I walked in that it was a very unprofessional work place. I was seen by Dr. Modjadidi after TWO HOURS of waiting for him to not even do a full exam but say I need a bridge/dental implant and two crowns (MONEY) is all he was after. He asked me questions that he could have seen directly from my chart and made it very uncomfortable for me. Even the dental hygienist look and act as if they do not have degrees! Everything about my visit was sketchy and seemed like all they wanted was money. I wish i didn't even have to leave a 1 star."
"First time coming here. Only my first appointment, my teeth cleaning was therapeutic. I feel great. All the staff were really welcoming. I will keep an update as I progress! Christina was really sweet, and Rebeeca did a great job cleaning my teeth, lol they feel so good!!"
