Gave them my eclipse and they had my car for months with no update, paid $1k and was told my problem was fixed and “all I needed was an alignment” come to find out they barely even did any work and the vehicle actually had frame damage. Asked for an invoice or some type of paperwork to get some insight, and was told “our systems are down” or “we don’t have the staff right now” I have since sold the car but would’ve saved a lot more time and money had this company just been upfront and transparent with their customers and not prioritize profit over integrity ."
