I made a pit stop at Loyalty as it was right off the highway and Paul quickly took a look at things, tightened a bolt which fixed the problem and sent me on my way without charging me. I had a urge to go check out a new vehicle so I went and I spoke to a young man named Zach who was very proficient in his knowledge of selling vehicles. "Have been disappointed by their Servis center the last couple time I have come in. Had a appointment and yet it takes three hours for oil change and tire rotation. I find this unreasonable."

"Took my Nissan juke to this shop because the AC wasn't working very well. They said it needed a new compressor, which was $1280 installed. Afterwards, it didn't work any better, so we called back, and they said this model of car is known for having a poorly functioning AC. So... why didn't they tell us that BEFORE I spent almost $1300 on a new compressor that didn't change anything?? Very disappointed."
