Normally wouldn't say anything outside the fact my buddy recommended them because they have helped in the past. Not anymore. Shame. At least Military discount hasn't left. Glad about that."

"Came in to get a radiator. Tried to do a price match when advance said they had it in stock. The lady at the front desk went out of her way to call advance stores to find a store that didn't have it in stock. Just to save 57 dollars. Wasted 30 mins. Lost a sale."

"Refuses to give refunds. Money came out of my account and now they are saying that the card on file didn’t match when it’s the only card we use for our business. Part never showed up and was suppose to be here 7 days ago so I guess I’m out the money and the part. Wasn’t aware Oreillys managers could decide to steal from their customers. Seems like fraud I will never go back or recommend them."
