Had a serious frame repair needed on a 4Runner and not only did they agree with no hesitation, they got me in and out of the shop in no time and at a fraction of the cost other shops estimated me!!! "This is the most unprofessional place I have ever taken a car too. I will NEVER bring any of my vehicles back and I will NEVER recommend this place. The owner is arrogant, rude and unprofessional. Upon picking my car up a half a tank of gas was gone, it was not at the location I dropped it off, trash was in the vehicle and there was dust all inside my vehicle even though they were only working on the outside. The owner was not cooperative with my insurance and was very rude to them. No one answers the phone when you are trying to get an update about your vehicle. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN AND THE OWNER NEEDS TO TAKE A CLASS ON CUSTOMER SERVICE."
"They took care of me and my car. I was trying to avoid going to a dealership to get my fender replaced and some more cosmetic repairs because they’re always overpriced and find unnecessary things to charge you for, so I did some searching for a small business car shop and found Capital City Collision and spoke with Steve, the owner. My repair was a little behind because one of the parts he got sent did not meet his standards, so he ordered me a brand new one from the dealership. I didn’t mind waiting an extra day or two if it meant I was getting quality work done from someone who takes pride in what they do. It looks great!"
"Sunday I went to Capital City Collision stressed out because my front bumper fell off my 2017 Honda Accord. Right away Steve and Wingo stopped what they were doing and immediately repaired my car. I couldn’t believe how fast and well done of a job they did. They are so nice and funny and just down to earth people and do amazing car work. THANK YOU GUYS YOU ARE THE BEST !!!!! Definitely will return and recommend friends and family AND very good price !"
