"My daughter had an appt this morning at 0950 at the Newport News location, received a call at 0815 to tell me they needed to reschedule it due to the provider not wanting to see her because he/she didn’t do the treatment plan. Mind you this was the second time the appt was rescheduled. Only thing they could say was I’m sorry, like really. I took off from work and my daughter was late to school. But I kept receiving reminder emails and even an email to pre fill forms."
