"Very ghetto and uprofessional. The receptionist will ask you to hold and just hang up or leave you on hold. This office even lied about sending claims to insurance and couldn’t do a simple cleaning cause they aren’t well equipped. Do not recommended you are better elsewhere!"

"This place is unprofessional and rude. I had an appointment scheduled for a Monday, the office did call to confirm my appointment and left me a voicemail on the prior Wednesday afternoon and Thursday morning. However, I was at work both of those times and unable to accept the call. When returning the call that same Thursday afternoon, I was informed that my appointment was canceled and given to another patient. No one had notified me of this cancellation nor the cancellation policy before proceeding. They were not able to find another appointment for me until two months later. In one of the voicemails, I was told to reply to a message that was sent out to confirm my appointment (this would have been more convenient for me to do while I am at work), yet I never received any text message from this office. When I called to speak to the manager, I was told they will leave a message, then they hung up on me. This is very discourteous and inconvenient to those with busy schedules. Will be taking my business elsewhere, along with my multiple other family members that come to this office."

My tooth broke off and I thought I would need an implant to replace it, but Dr. Amoah was able to repair my broken tooth and place a crown, which saved me lots of money and time. They also do crowns in one day too, which was a HUGE bonus. He is truly the GOAT in dentistry."
