"Never again! I am a very patient person but 3 hours plus was way too long. The doctor was nice however running from one patient then back to me, then another patient then back to me was just a mess. You can not even get a patient out the door being so unorganized and unprofessional. I have attached a photo of how long the procedure is supposed to take which is 60 minutes, I got there at 10:50 and took this photo at 1:29 and still was not close to being done. You are investing your time and money to a place that has no structure and really doesn’t care. Save yourself the hassle and RUN to another practice."

"I was treated with love gentle and care. Dr. Hajir Aldaod is an amazing doctor. She did an excellent job on my mouth. She is wonderful. Thanks to her I have a beautiful smile now. Thank you Family Dental of Virginia- Hampton."

"They really don’t even deserve a single star. First visit initially was ok. 2nd it was horrible. They dentists don’t even know what they are doing when they walk into a your room cuz they are so flustered from the 18 other ppl they seeing at the same time as you. Their first suggestion is pull the tooth. Always. I had 2 dentist basically fighting over who was going to extract my wisdom tooth. Some young Indian woman & an old man. No one knows what’s going on what so ever. My appt was for a root canal crown. But instead “she forgot” & proceeded with the extraction that wasn’t schedule until next appt. My mouth was still healing from last wisdom tooth pull. & there was another time I went in & my dentist had called out that morning. I checked in, mind you they didn’t even call me to reschedule appt, they also left me sitting there for 1.5 hours before telling me my doctor had called out & I needed to reschedule. Don’t even bother making an appointment, it’s for no reason, you will still sit in the waiting room for over 2 hours. Then they call you back & you sit there for over another 45 mins. Taking walk ins before schedule appointments is outrageous & had I not needed the emergency care I wouldn’t go here. Other places can’t get you in for months. My suggestion try to make it work until you can get an appointment somewhere else. This place honestly needs to be shut down. This is by far one of the worst dentist offices I have ever been to in my 35 years of life. If you do have to make an appt here be very diligent about what’s going on."

"Some of these reviews had me scared to go here but I'm glad I did so I wanted to share my own detailed experience for someone else who might be horrified by the reviews. I went in expecting the worst and left completely satisfied. The front desk people weren't friendly but they weren't rude either, they just seemed super busy. I had scheduled what I thought was an appointment for starting a plan for extractions and dentures but when I got to the back (which took 30 minutes from check in that I spent filling out paper work) the lady said I was scheduled as 1 single extraction and she'd probably have to reschedule but she'd check. She came back and said she'd do the x-rays to move forward with the extraction and denture plan, check my insurance and then make another appointment to come back. The dentist came in and looked at the x-rays, walked out and came back and said they take my united health medicaid and he was ready if I was. I went in at 3:00 and left at 5:15 with the extractions done and another appointment in less than 2 weeks. So far so good. I have nothing negative to say about the experience but I'll update after the next appointment. I'd recommend them to anyone with medicaid, even with the confusion, they were ready amd willing to do the one extraction, quickly and right then plus, it was covered by medicaid. I probably got lucky with their schedule to be squeezed in for the rest of the work but still, this is my personal experience. As far as pain goes, they're not worried about you once you leave the building but the actual teeth pulling wasn't bad. He numbed me up really good and then came back and poked and proded and re numbed what needed more. He did this multiple times before he ever started, he was very thorough about getting me numb. Your own skull cracking is psychologically painful regardless but he made sure I was as comfortable as possible for being fully conscious. If you have insurance that will cover putting you to sleep, do that, but if you have medicaid, I'd recommend going here."

"Yvonne Cabrera is the manager at this establishment. She has the most disgusting nasty attitude I have encountered as far as front desk service. This disgusting woman had the nerve to tell me to chill out and wave me away after waiting for an appointment for over three hours without being seen, I recorded this interaction with her and will be contacting corporate to file a formal complaint. Even after experiencing for service from the other staff. The manager Yvonne was the worst staff member and have the nastiest attitude in the establishment. I do not trust Dr. HAJIR ALDAOD she is a liar, and her main goal is to only see patients for root canals. If you don’t agree to a root canal she will leave you in that chair and walk off to whoever is getting one. I used the four hours I waited without being seen to schedule an appointment with a proper at dentistry. Everyone else should do the same RUN!"
