"Even though they failed my truck for dot inspection, the experience was very positive. Making an appointment was easy. They started the inspection within 5 minutes of my arrival. After failing the inspection the mechanic and the person handling the paperwork were very good at explaining why they couldn't pass it, how the problem would effect my safety, and what should be done do correct the problem. The whole time they were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Will be returning. The only minor thing to be aware of is they do get pretty busy and parking can be tricky for bigger vehicles. My main thing, especially for mechanics, is that my BS meter registered zero with these folks, which is becoming a rarity lately."
