"Went for a consultation about a problem with my trunk. Owner was very helpful and tried to help me find a solution. During the consultation, however, the mechanic removed a plastic piece of the trunk and could not get it back in place. When I brought the issue up he offered to tape it, but could not get it back into place and it appears to have just fallen off on my ride home. My car is in a worse place than I originally brought it in."
